WHAT TO   DO WHEN Emulator in Android Studio doesn't start (because of  HAXM IS NOT PROPERLY  installed )

1) Open SDK Manager and Download Intel x86 Emulator Accelerator (HAXM installer) if you haven't.

2) Now go to your SDK directory (C:\users\username\AppData\Local\Android\sdk, generally). In this directory Go to extra > intel > Hardware_Accelerated_Execution_Manager and run the file named "intelhaxm-android.exe".

if you did not get then go to following url and download this   .exe file :

plz note : before  installing it must  check your  Intel® Virtualization Technology (Intel® VT)  should be enabled  if not then
you must enable it through your BIOS ...
JUST RESTART YOUR SYSTEM
GO TO BIOS
AND IN BIOS GO TO ADVANCE CONFIGURATION
see :
Intel® VT  mode  enabled or not  if not enabled it..
